Kinokuniya Online Store is ready to take your order! Easily browse and purchase your favorite books, manga, stationery, and gifts. Conveniently order to your home or to any of our Kinokuniya USA locations for in-store pickup.

Shipping:

International delivery orders are packaged in Japan and will be shipped to your home address.
Please wait 7-10 business days for delivery. Once your package arrives in the US, we will send you a tracking number by email. Shipping charges will be an additional $8, but we offer Free Shipping for all orders over $50 (before tax).

How to Use Gift Card

Kinokuniya USA Gift Card is accepted at all of our U.S. Kinokuniya stores and Kinokuniya USA Online Store. To use your gift card at our stores, you must present a physical card to the cashier.

To use your gift card at the online store, please visit Online Store Help.
You can also call or email our Customer Service to use your gift card for special orders.

How to Purchase Gift Card

Gift Cards can be purchased in person at any of the Kinokuniya USA stores. At this moment, the Online Store is not available for purchasing gift cards. If you would like to have it shipped as a gift, please fill out the form here. There will be a $7.00 domestic shipping fee as we use USPS with signature option to ensure the delivery.

How to Check Balance on Kinokuniya Gift Card

Please contact Customer Service to check the balance of your gift card. You can also check the balance at any of our retail locations by asking a cashier.

Reward Card

How to Use Reward Card

To redeem the e-Reward Card, please present it to the cashier along with your membership card. The e-Reward Card is tied to your membership account and is non-transferable. If you have a physical card, please present the physical card to the cashier.
